As a growing company, we are constantly looking for ways to get your clothing to you as quickly as possible while keeping a high standard of quality. We ask that our clients give us 2-7 business days to complete and process their orders and add any additional shipping time to that range. For example, an order can take up to a week to complete, plus the shipping time you select at checkout. Most of orders are completed within 3 business days, but please be aware that it can take up to 7 business days to complete your order.
With our Kente Label Collection, we ask for 24 - 48 hours processing time plus any additional shipping time selected at checkout. When we offer free shipping in the U.S., please expect standard shipping speeds (3-5 business days). As our luxury clients, we strive to get your packages delivered in a timely manner so it may be sooner.
Returns & Exchanges
You have 30 calendar days to return/exchange an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return/exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging. Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase. Only defective, damaged, or unusable items are eligible for return or exchange. Ordering the incorrect size is not considered for a return/exchange. Please visit the size guide section of our website for more help with selecting the appropriate size. Client will be responsible for all return shipping costs during the return/exchange process.
For our Kente Label Collection, we will accept incorrect sizing returns, but any return shipping costs will be at the responsibility of the client. Each product page in our Kente Label Collection features the size guide in inches. Please contact us if you have any sizing concerns or questions before purchase. Our team is extremely helpful and willing to answer any questions about sizing, fit, and reviews.
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
